1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TrendTribe.io ("Site," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and TrendTribe.io. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.

2. Description of Services

TrendTribe.io is a digital marketplace offering AI-generated digital products ("Products") including but not limited to: prompt packs, workflow templates, productivity systems, brand assets, and business strategy documents. Products are generated autonomously by artificial intelligence systems at or after the time of purchase and delivered electronically.

Features, pricing, and availability may change. We will communicate material changes through the site or by email.

3. Purchases and Payment

All purchases are processed through Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms. TrendTribe.io does not store your full payment card information.

All prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes may be added depending on your jurisdiction. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your local government.

4. AI-Generated Product Delivery

Upon successful payment, our automated system generates your product and delivers a secure download link to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is typically completed within 60 seconds, though delays may occur during periods of high demand or system maintenance.

Download links are time-limited and expire within 24 hours of generation. If your link expires before you are able to download, contact us at the address below for a replacement.

Important: AI-generated products are created programmatically and may require human review or editing before use in a production environment. TrendTribe.io makes no guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be error-free, complete, or fit for any specific purpose.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final. However, TrendTribe.io offers the following exceptions:

  • If a product fails to deliver within 24 hours of confirmed payment, you are entitled to a full refund or re-delivery.
  • If the delivered product materially fails to match its stated description, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a review.
  • Refund requests submitted after 30 days of purchase will not be eligible for refund.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

6. License and Intellectual Property

Upon purchase, TrendTribe.io grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Product for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the following restrictions:

  • You may use, modify, and deploy the Product in your own projects.
  • You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Product as a standalone item without express written permission.
  • You may not represent AI-generated content from TrendTribe.io as entirely original human-created work in commercial contexts where such representation would be materially misleading.

TrendTribe.io retains all rights to the underlying platform, design system, AI prompting infrastructure, and delivery pipeline. Your purchase grants you rights to the Output only.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use TrendTribe.io or any Products to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying AI systems or infrastructure
  • Automate purchases or access the platform programmatically without written authorization
  • Impersonate TrendTribe.io or represent that your products are officially affiliated with us

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TRENDTRIBE.IO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRENDTRIBE.IO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to TrendTribe.io in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
