TrendTribe.io ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your data when you visit our website and purchase products.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
- Email address — when you sign up for early access or make a purchase
- Name — optionally provided during checkout or account creation
- Purchase data — product selected, order ID (payment processing handled by Stripe; we do not store card details)
- Custom prompts — if you use the Custom System Builder, your prompt text may be temporarily processed to generate your product
Information Collected Automatically
- Analytics data — page views, session duration, referrer URLs (via Cloudflare Web Analytics — privacy-preserving, no cookies required)
- Technical data — browser type, operating system, IP address (anonymized where possible)
Information from Third Parties
- Stripe — confirms payment success and passes customer email and order metadata to our fulfillment system
- OAuth providers — if you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive your email address and display name from that provider

3. Data Storage and Retention
TrendTribe.io follows a "Minimal Retention" policy:
- Generated product files are stored in Cloudflare R2 with time-limited presigned URLs that expire within 24 hours. After expiry, files are deleted or become inaccessible.
- Your email address is stored in our Resend audience for marketing communications. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Order metadata (email, product ID, order ID) is retained for billing and support purposes for up to 3 years.
- Custom prompt text used for AI generation is not retained after product delivery is complete.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
- Stripe — payment processing. stripe.com/privacy
- Cloudflare — CDN, analytics, and R2 file storage. cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
- Resend — transactional and marketing email delivery. resend.com/legal/privacy-policy
- Google (Gemini) — primary AI content generation engine. Custom prompt text is transmitted to Google's API for product generation and is not retained by Google for training under API terms. policies.google.com/privacy
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI content generation (fallback). anthropic.com/privacy
- Clerk — authentication and identity management. Handles sign-in sessions, OAuth (Google, GitHub), and user account data. clerk.com/legal/privacy

- Railway — backend application hosting. railway.com/legal/privacy
5. Cookies
TrendTribe.io uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics are powered by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-preserving and does not use cookies or fingerprinting.
If you sign in to your account, Clerk (our authentication provider) sets a session cookie to maintain your login state. This cookie is strictly necessary for authentication and expires when you sign out or your session ends. No session data is shared with advertisers or analytics providers.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time (unsubscribe link in every email)
- Request correction of inaccurate data

7. Children's Privacy
TrendTribe.io is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us immediately.
8. International Users
TrendTribe.io is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the Service from outside the US, please be aware that your data may be transferred to and processed in the US or other countries where our service providers operate.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
